Simplify and Save
We are a team who love to simplify the complex and give control back to our customers.
An innovative technology platform and service delivering efficiency and insights to manage your energy needs.
BidEnergy’s integrated energy solution combines automation and industry expertise to help multi-site businesses minimise cost while maximising control of the notoriously complicated energy spend category.
Rising and unpredictable energy prices are seeing the management and spend of electricity increasingly scrutinised at board and corporate levels.
This is compounded by scale and scope complexity for multisite organisations who are managing hundreds of facilities across a geographically dispersed portfolio, often comprising of multiple suppliers.
BidEnergy’s self-serve SaaS platform is built on industry experience, driven by real people using smart technology to take an integrated view of the energy category so that their clients can easily understand and manage their energy, while identifying a full breadth of savings and energy usage optimisation possibilities.
Founded in 2012 in Australia, BidEnergy now delivers source-to-pay services globally.
In Australia, New Zealand, USA and United Kingdom we are the leaders for energy invoice and interval data processing. For procurement, finance and sustainability professionals, we are transforming the energy category.
Our robotic process automation (RPA) allows large corporate and government organisations to generate significant savings on their energy costs.
This is achieved through:
- Unbiased online auctions driving competition to extract the best price out of the market
- Investigation and analysis of usage data to drive energy efficiency strategies
- Investigation and analysis of spend data for accurate budgeting, forecasting, and benchmarking
- Automating the bill validation process to eliminate manual processes while minimising errors such as duplicate bills and incorrect network tariffs
- Cross-referencing usage and spend against bill, contract, and active site lists
Energy is what powers our business and our clients.
By reducing and optimizing energy costs and usage, we’re making a difference beyond our clients.
